The Take Back Your Life! course is our flagship course, designed to teach you a new approach to productivity, allowing you to get the most important things done, while maintaining work/life balance.

The course is made up of 10 self-paced lessons and uses a blend of engaging videos, technical exercises, knowledge checks, and habit-building exercises. You’ll be hands on in Microsoft Outlook for Windows throughout the course, so be sure to have that available before you get started.

The course will take about 3-4 hours to complete, depending on how much time you spend on implementation exercises. You can start and stop at any time. Your course progress will be saved.
