Habit Six: Making Lasting Changes

To change your results, you need to look at the habits you are doing, which are driven by the beliefs you hold.

For example, if a different result you would like is having better work life balance, but your habit is to work through lunch and not take a break, because the belief or “story” you tell yourself is you need to get it all done–guess what happens? The belief of “I have to get it all done” drives habits to support that, which gives you the results you are experiencing.

Our beliefs are powerful drivers, in all areas of our lives. To change your results, shift the beliefs/stories you hold.
