About the Course:

This series approaches productivity and performance through the lens of well-being. You will learn beliefs and approaches that contribute to greater well-being and productivity through better energy, focus, and balance. You’ll learn practical habit-building steps that are easy to adopt and support long-term sustainable wins. Each session covers different topics and there will be Habit Building Challenges between each session. All four sessions make up the series. Read more about the course.

Session #1 Focus – Thursday, August 20 – 9am-10am MT
Session #2 Energy – Friday, September 11 – 9am-10am MT
Session #3 Balance – Thursday, October 1 – 9am-10am MT
Session #4 Sustainability – Friday, October 23 – 9am-10am MT
